Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clear, engaging, and professional communication across calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Adapt speaking style and accent (e.g., Neutral, American, British, etc.) based on client requirements and regions.

Handle client queries with patience, empathy, and excellent listening skills.

Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication techniques.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication standards.

Maintain a high level of confidence, fluency, and clarity in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional verbal communication skills with strong command over the English language.

Ability to switch between different accents (e.g., Neutral, American, British, Australian, etc.).

Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable speaking in front of clients or groups.

Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in voice process, customer service, telemarketing, or communication training (preferred).

Ability to remain patient, positive, and composed during challenging conversations.

Willingness to learn new communication techniques and adapt to various cultures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
