Communication Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies to promote the partner's education programs, with a focus on STEAM initiatives.
• Manage social media content creation and scheduling to highlight ongoing program activities, student engagement, and success stories.
• Social Media platforms including but not limited to - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube.
• Design, write, and distribute a monthly newsletter that reaches key stakeholders, showcasing impact stories, updates, and upcoming initiatives.
• You should know any design tool to execute static & video content.
• Create a wide range of communication collaterals including posters, banners, certificates presentations, and emailers to support internal and external engagement.
• Capture and curate testimonials, case stories, and project outcomes from students and teachers to document program impact.
• Collaborate with on-ground teams, educators, and program managers to ensure timely and accurate content collection and dissemination.
• Knowledge of AI tools to perform the tasks efficiently and effectively is a plus
