Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Communication & Personality Development Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs on communication skills and personality development. Day-to-day tasks include designing curriculum, delivering lectures and interactive workshops, assessing trainees, and providing feedback for improvement. The trainer will work closely with students to enhance their soft skills, boost their confidence, and prepare them for professional environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in communication skills training and personality development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Experience in curriculum design and delivering training programs
• Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to trainees
• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in a teaching or training role is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site in Indore and dedicate full-time hours
