Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and articulate individual who helps individuals improve communication skills, often in a business or professional setting ,While meeting defined quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Audit inbound/outbound customer calls to assess voice quality, clarity, pronunciation, grammar, tone, pace, empathy, and listening skills.
Identify communication gaps and provide individual coaching with actionable feedback to agents.
Deliver training programs on neutral accent, MTI reduction, phonetics, voice modulation, and customer handling.
Monitor progress through call quality scores and customer feedback, ensuring measurable improvement in communication effectiveness.

Essential Skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level or equivalent).
Strong expertise in neutral accent training, MTI reduction, and phonetics.
Ability to diagnose communication errors quickly and give corrective feedback.
Familiarity with international BPO processes) and customer service call flows.
Cultural fluency in U.S. English, including idioms, small talk, and corporate etiquette.
Certification in phonetics / V&A training (desirable).
