Role Overview: As a Communication Coach at Persistent Systems in Pune, you will be joining us immediately for a 3-month project to support a critical business account. Your role will involve monitoring engineer interactions with customers, conducting audits to improve client interactions, reviewing cases for accurate documentation, and providing specialized coaching to enhance communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor engineer interactions with the customer/ client and provide feedback to improve customer experience. - Conduct floor support, email, and call audits to ensure effective client interactions. - Review cases and ensure accurate, clear, and comprehensive documentation in Salesforce or other case management tools. - Provide specialized coaching and training to enhance communication and writing skills. Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills. - Background in business communication coaching. - Experience working with customer service/ technical support teams. - Ability to deliver impactful training programs and one-on-one coaching. - Must be comfortable working in shifts.
