Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commissioning/Installation Technician based in Kolkata. The role involves installing, testing, and commissioning elevator systems to meet safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, performing cabling and wiring tasks, and ensuring seamless functionality. The technician will also provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing on-site concerns and collaborating with clients effectively.

Qualifications

Technical skills in Troubleshooting and Cabling
Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics
Mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality
Previous experience in elevator installation or a related field is a plus
Flexibility to work on-site in Kolkata and adaptability to meet project timelines
Certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred
