Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Surat, with some work from home acceptable. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires consistent follow-up with leads, delivering product presentations, and achieving sales targets. The associate will also be expected to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales management team.

• Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
• Skills in Negotiation, Deal Closing, and Maintaining Client Portfolios
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with some remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
