Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting product presentations, negotiating sales deals, and closing sales. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales skills including identifying new opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals
• Customer service skills to maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Communication skills for conducting product presentations and interacting with clients
• Organizational skills for managing sales activities and keeping track of client interactions
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
