Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling farm machinery products, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through commission-based incentives. Qualifications Strong Sales and Negotiation skills Experience in Commission-based Sales Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills Knowledge of Agriculture or Farming industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in local languages for effective communication Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
