Commission based Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support client outreach and interest generation for XSV Outdoor Media. The role involves connecting with potential businesses, sharing information about our services, and coordinating interested prospects with the team. This is a performance-based opportunity suitable for individuals who prefer flexibility and growth-oriented earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through calls or messaging.
• Introduce and explain our solutions professionally and clearly.
• Identify interested prospects and record essential details.
• Coordinate follow-ups and schedule discussions with the core team.
• Maintain simple tracking of communication and progress.

Earnings Structure

• Compensation is based on successful conversions.
• You will receive 10% of the amount received from the client you onboard.
• Earnings are processed after the client completes payment.
• There is no cap on earnings.

Ideal Candidate

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Basic understanding of digital services is beneficial (training can be provided).
• Organized, confident, and proactive.
• Previous experience in sales or client outreach is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
