As a Commi 3 at the Pizza Brand in Dera Bassi, your role involves assisting in the preparation and cooking of a variety of delicious items including pizzas, pastas, garlic bread, and beverages. You will be responsible for preparing basic ingredients such as sauces, dough, and toppings following recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs to maintain consistent food quality. Ensuring timely preparation and presentation of menu items, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management, ingredient restocking, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen tasks.
