this is cafe for classes, clients are high end and first choice of foreigners hence one must be guest interaction and great communication. The format of restaurant and cliental chef has to perform Front of the house role as well.

JD -

Will be responsible to efficiently running of the department in line with brand and Cafe & Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and management expectations.This position is responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation & kitchen team as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

Eligibility -

• BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, Worked at least 2-3 years experience / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand restaurant chain or Hotel.• Communication must be excellent should be good in guest handling, conversation if required, Innovative, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
