Job Description

Position Summary:

The Food and Beverage Runner is responsible for delivering food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. They support the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or bar to guests quickly and accurately.
Ensure orders are complete, correctly presented, and meet quality standards before serving.
Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing used dishes and resetting tables.
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and delivery trays.
Respond promptly to guest requests and relay special instructions to the appropriate team members.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
