Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Front Office Service Associate to join our restaurant team. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, taking and serving orders, upselling menu items, ensuring table cleanliness, and delivering excellent guest service to enhance the overall dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure proper table service. Upsell menu items, combos, and promotions to maximize sales. Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Ensure adherence to restaurant service standards, SOPs, and hygiene guidelines. Assist in billing, payment processing, and maintaining order records. Support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of upselling techniques and basic food & beverage service standards. Positive attitude, well-groomed, and guest-oriented approach. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines . The ideal candidate should be able to manage a busy kitchen, deliver consistently high-quality dishes, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes across Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines . Ensure taste, quality, presentation, and consistency of food. Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours. Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
