Job Posting: Commis 1 - Salad and Continental Cuisine We are looking for a passionate and talented Commis 1 to join our culinary team, specializing in salad and continental cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble high-quality salads and continental dishes as per recipes and standards. Assist in menu preparation and ingredient selection. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Ensure timely and efficient execution of orders. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role. Expertise in salad preparation and continental cooking techniques. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
