Job Posting: Commis 1 - Salads and Continental Cuisine

We are looking for a passionate and talented Commis 1 to join our culinary team, who has strong knowledge in continental cuisine.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble high-quality salads and continental dishes as per recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu preparation and ingredient selection.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of orders.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
• Inventory management

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in salad preparation and continental cooking techniques.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Team player with a passion for culinary excellence.
