In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and upholding the brand promise at all times. You will handle guest and internal customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfactory resolution. Additionally, you will oversee the assigned station/section and employees to ensure food products are prepared to the required standard. It is essential to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the station/section and follow standard recipes to minimize waste and control food costs. You will also be involved in training employees, suggesting menu alternatives, and interacting with customers to exceed their culinary expectations. Your role includes ensuring the implementation of company brand standards, training programs, and staying updated on new products in the market.
