Commi I - Chinese (For Microbrewery)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Commi 1 (Chinese Cuisine) to join our culinary team. The role involves preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and cooking of Chinese cuisine (wok, dim sum, soups, sauces, etc.)
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Support senior chefs in menu execution and new dish trials.
• Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Chinese kitchen (wok & dim sum preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, sauces, and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
