Commi - Continental

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commis to join our team at Ibis Navi Mumbai in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience and be responsible for preparing high-quality Continental cuisine.

• Assist the kitchen team in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in hospitality or culinary arts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
