Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi (Continental) located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Commi (Continental) will be responsible for food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring high standards of hygiene and culinary skills. Day-to-day tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking continental dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring effective communication with the team.

• Strong Hygiene practices
• Effective Communication skills
• Proficient in Culinary Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Relevant culinary certification or training is a plus
