Requirements

Must be well versed in any one department - South Indian <OR> North Indian/Chinese
Should have experience in working as Commi 1 for at least 1 year
Experience across departments - South Indian, Chinese, Grill, Tandoori etc. is an added plus and preference will be given to those candidates.
Hands on experience in recipe management

Job description

Responsible for following the instructions of the CDP/Chef and prepare dishes following the recipe
In-charge for training new kitchen staff - Commi 2 and 3 assigned to the department
Manage the recipe and ensure taste and quality is maintained
Complimentary Accommodation available at Hotel if required
Complimentary Food/Tea/Coffee etc. will be provided
Yearly bonus approx 1 month salary provided in November/December of each year (Minimum 1 year experience required for bonus eligibility)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
