A Chef de Partie will prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, manage kitchen inventory, maintain cleanliness, oversee food preparation, and collaborate on new recipes. The role includes supervising and mentoring kitchen staff, handling special dietary requests, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.
