Executive Chef

Requirements

• Must be well versed in South Indian, Indo-chinese and Continental cuisines
• First preference given to South Indian especially Kongu cuisine experience.
• Hands on experience in food costing and cost control
• Hands on experience in recipe management

Job description

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of kitchen
• In-charge for hiring and training new kitchen staff
• Control costs and ensure profitability. Provide food cost on daily basis to management
• Manage the recipe and ensure taste and quality is maintained
• Complimentary Accommodation available at Hotel if required
• Complimentary Food/Tea/Coffee etc. will be provided
• Yearly bonus approx 1 month salary provided in November/December of each year (Minimum 1 year experience required for bonus eligibility)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
