Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as per standard recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Follow all company policies and SOPs related to kitchen operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred).
• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in a similar role.
• Age: 20 to 26 years.
• Strong passion for cooking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.

Salary: ₹23,600 CTC per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,585.08 per month
