• Follow nutritional standards, portion controls, and food safety guidelines.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Commi 1 Chef in luxury hotels/fine dining.
• Expertise in 

  healthy cooking techniques

   (steaming, grilling, low-oil, plant-based).
• Awareness of 

  international healthy food trends

  .
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Culinary degree/diploma & food safety certification (preferred).
