Key Responsibilities ;
- Identify, approach, and onboard landlords, developers and clients.
- Source and shortlist commercial properties for leasing & sales.
- Conduct site inspections, client coordination, and property evaluations.
- Manage property transactions end-to-end including documentation, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain accurate CRM and deal tracking records.
- Benchmark rentals and conduct basic market research and analysis.
- Coordinate internally with legal, operations, and finance teams for deal execution.
Ensure timely brokerage invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
