Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales/Leasing Assistant Manager located in Hyderabad, Near Wipro Circle, financial district, Nanakramguda.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing Sales and lease administration, business planning, sales activities, and commercial real estate transactions. Daily tasks involve managing property portfolios, coordinating with clients, and ensuring successful property management and leasing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience 4-6 years in Sales and Lease Administration in Commercial Property is desirable
• Skills in Business Planning and Commercial Real Estate
• Proficiency in Commercial Property Sales and effective client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
