Job Description

We are seeking experienced commercial real estate sales/leasing professionals with a track record of high performance to join our Tenant Representation Business team across India at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, you will provide advisory services to enterprise clients, offering solutions related to office & allied services. About the Role: - Implement real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic real estate objectives. - Act as a tenant agent, negotiating business terms and conditions for various commercial real estate products. - Coordinate field broker selection and necessary resources for transaction execution. - Prepare a variety of analyses and documents such as project initiation reports, market comparable reports, RFPs, letters of intent, and more. - Negotiate sales, leases, lease renewals, and property acquisitions based on client requirements. - Analyze financial projections to assist clients in making informed decisions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between service lines. - Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely completion of transactions. - Adhere to state real estate agency requirements and corporate policies. - Ensure data quality and prepare reports for business development and client presentations. - Resolve landlord-tenant issues or disputes when necessary. About You: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or a related industry. - Strong drive to acquire new business, establish client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. - Team player with experience in team management.
