Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  financial models

  (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis) for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Conduct

  market and sector research

  to identify commercial real estate trends, demand drivers, and competitive benchmarks.
• Assist in

  due diligence processes

  including lease analysis, tenant financial reviews, and asset risk assessments.
• Prepare

  investment memos, pitch books, and presentations

  for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor

  portfolio performance

  and provide recommendations for value optimization.
• Track

  legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks

  relevant to CRE investments in India and international markets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in

  Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field

  .

• 25 years of experience

  in investment banking, private equity, real estate advisory, or commercial real estate analysis.
• Advanced

  Excel and financial modeling

  skills; knowledge of Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities

  .
• Familiarity with

  commercial real estate trends in India and global markets

  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Advanced degree or certification (

  MBA, CFA, RICS, MSc Finance, or Real Estate specialization

  ).
• Prior experience in

  real estate private equity, asset management, or cross-border CRE transactions

  .
