You are a passionate, self-motivated, and driven Sales person responsible for spearheading commercial real estate sales in Gurgaon. Your role involves leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to drive residential property sales, selling and promoting Commercial projects to prospective buyers, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets. You will build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, investors, and end-users, guiding clients through the transaction process and conducting property presentations, site visits, and negotiations. It is essential to stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis, coordinate with channel partners and brokers, drive marketing initiatives, and participate in real estate events.
