Commercial Property Sales Manager (Experienced only )

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, you will manage day-to-day sales activities, identify and engage with potential buyers, and build lasting client relationships to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Reporting, and Contract Preparation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Relevant prior experience in the real estate or sales industry is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and property laws is a plus
