We are looking for a highly experienced Commercial Manager with Min 15 years of expertise in the construction industry, specializing in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying (QS) for Metro and Infrastructure projects . The role involves end-to-end oversight of commercial functions, including contract management , procurement , cost control , and budget oversight across construction and supply contracts. Key Responsibilities: Lead all commercial and QS aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects Manage procurement processes and supplier contracts Monitor budgets, costs, and financial risks Ensure contractual compliance and effective claim management Interface with stakeholders to support strategic project goals Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Certified Cost Accountant (CMA/ICWA or equivalent) is an added advantage Extensive experience in metro rail and infrastructure domains Preference will be given to the Immediate Joiners.
