About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver commercial and industrial construction projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals
• Control project costs, schedules, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Handle client communications and stakeholder management
• Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial/industrial project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Local knowledge of Pune construction market and regulations
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory
