Receiving enquires from the estimation/sales team.
Share the available prices from the master file .
Send out enquires to maximum suppliers (manufacturers, agents/distributors, stockiest, traders) .
Daily follow up on the enquiries till the quotes received.
Upload the price in supplier quotation folder and update the prices in the master file .
Prepare comparisons for quotations, purchase orders, stock orders .
Maintain good relationship with the suppliers to ensure fast and competitive offers
Search in social media and internet for the new suppliers and products
