Job Description

Job Title: Executive Commercial

Department:

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification:

    B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Commerce background preferred)
  • Experience:

    3 – 5+ years in commercial or finance operations

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end commercial operations, including sales order processing, invoicing, reconciliation, and coordination with branches, ensuring smooth business transactions and compliance with tax and accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Order & Invoicing

  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate billing as per company policies.
  • Manage invoicing for Tax / Service / AMC / Non-AMC (Repair) categories.
  • Handle recurring invoicing, amendments, and service deactivations.
  • Generate and manage

    E-Invoices (IRN Generation)

    and

    E-Way Bills

    .

2. Accounts Receivable & Collection Management

  • Conduct debtor analysis and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Manage bank receipts and allocate transactions in the system.
  • Perform debtors’ reconciliation and follow up with branches/customers.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Handle inventory processes including stock transfer and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with branches for stock movement, receipts, and documentation.

4. Taxation & Compliance

  • Support

    Income Tax TDS Reconciliation (26AS Reconciliation)

    .
  • Maintain knowledge and compliance with

    Output Taxes (GST)

    and related statutory requirements.

5. Operational Support

  • Manage rental radio processing and new radio issuance as per requirements.
  • Handle freight forwarding and transportation activities.
  • Coordinate with branches for operational and documentation support.
  • Travel to branches for audits, training, and operational alignment as required.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain reports and MIS in

    Microsoft Excel

    for management review.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all commercial data.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations (sales, invoicing, collection, taxation).
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    and

    ERP/SAP

    systems.
  • Working knowledge of

    GST

    ,

    TDS

    , and accounting reconciliations.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel to branches as per business requirements.
