Commercial - Dy Manager

You will be the center point for any query flow in and quote submission. You will review current sales with past references of similar clients or jobs. It will be your responsibility to ensure a minimum GP% in all services on the quote level. You will prepare estimates in coordination with the CEO and derive operation cost estimation under all categories of services offered to clients. Your role will involve reviewing the business flow as per fixed costs and providing real-time analysis if our operational expenses are more than the current business flow/month. Additionally, you will need to do a final check on all purchase invoices with quotations, margins, and all other checkpoints. Your duties will also include reviewing current purchases with past records, ensuring all sales invoices are generated on time, and checking all sales invoices as per the checklist before submission to the client. It will be crucial to ensure timely follow-up with clients for collection within the due period and take corrective actions for overdue invoices. You will need to review invoice formats on a quarterly basis, consider any amendments in the law, and any new services or products introduced. Reviewing commercial terms and conditions for both sales and purchases on a timely basis will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining sales reports and providing real-time reports to analyze the current business flow. You will review if the effort and time invested in job execution, especially in domestic business, are worth the markup. Stock audit and control, along with ensuring its adequacy with insurance, will also be part of your tasks.
