Job Description

Job Description: At Atmosphere Core, you will play a crucial role as a Commercial Director South Asia, where you will be fully responsible for national sales results and marketing activities across South Asia. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing Sales & Marketing strategies across all properties and brands in South Asia. - Contributing to strategy and planning activities to achieve national sales results. - Building, leading, and interacting with National Sales teams to promote all properties across all markets and channels. - Reviewing hotel rate grids with the Revenue team of each property. - Representing the company at tourism forums, exhibitions, and virtual events. - Tracking and reporting sales performance monthly, including variance analysis, and proposing action plans as required. - Reviewing and approving property business plans and sales streams. - Creating and maintaining strong relationships with partners from all channels to increase market share. - Partnering with operations teams to ensure superior customer experience. - Monitoring contract administration, renewals, and maintaining regular updates with the contracting team. - Guiding properties in the creation of annual commercial plans in collaboration with DoSM/DoS and General Managers. - Identifying new revenue opportunities, managing key accounts, and implementing tactical interventions to maximize room nights and revenue locally and globally. - Conducting market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and adjusting plans as required. - Tracking regional commercial spend versus budget periodically. - Developing, training, and coaching Sales & Marketing teams to enhance performance and meet company objectives. - Ensuring all branding policies are respected at all levels and properties. Qualifications Required: - Experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of the marketplace and domestic distributors across all channels. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to analyze sales performance data and propose actionable plans. - Proficiency in strategic planning and budget management. - Prior experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
