1. Business development and lead generation
2. Training new Associates in successful sales and performance strategies.
3. Closing deals and negotiating best deals
4. Generating sales report to help upper management make effective decisions and sales plan
5. Researching sales opportunities and possible leads to exceed sales goals and increase
profits.
6. Set and achieve company defined sales goals.
7. Achieves sales goals and service target by cultivating and securing new customer
relationships.
8. Increase revenue by implementing effective sales strategies in sales cycle process from
prospecting leads through close.
9. Build pipeline
10. Brand building and marketing for lead generation
11. Collection and compilation of customer database
12. Identifying Potential leads, organized and manage relevant documents and records
13. Presentations and client meeting.
1. MBA, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
preferred.
2. Proven experience (15+ years) in real estate Commercial sales, with a track record of
achieving and exceeding targets.
3. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a
competitive market.
4. Comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape in Mumbai, including market
dynamics, property types, and customer preferences.
5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client
relationships.
6. Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve
performance.
7. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business
goals.
8. In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in real estate sales and
transaction
