Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices in Collibra
Experience with data integration tools and APIs for connecting Collibra with other systems
Proficiency in user management role based access control and security best practices
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and promote platform adoption
Technical skills in areas like Python for automation and basic server administration

Experience with data governance or data management tools such as BigID Collibra or similar platforms will be considered a strong asset The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience and hold a relevant technical degree to validate their background
Specialized experience with the Collibra Data Governance platform and its various components including platform administration activities like installing configuring and maintaining the Collibra Data Governance Centre platform including managing user access configuring workflows and integrating with other enterprise systems
Key duties include ensuring data quality and governance policies are enforced providing technical support to users developing and maintaining data dictionaries and business glossaries and supporting platform upgrades and data lineage processes
Good to have knowledge in configuring workflows data models and integrations while also ensuring data quality and compliance
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements providing user support and staying updated on Collibra features
The role requires a strong background in data engineering and often involves using scripting like Java or Groovy and understanding of data governance principles
