Job Description

As a College Scouting & Partnership Executive, your role will involve identifying, engaging, and onboarding colleges for institutional partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with academic institutions, exploring collaboration opportunities, and supporting the execution of partnership programs. - Scout and identify potential colleges and universities for strategic partnerships. - Build and maintain relationships with college management, placement officers, and faculty. - Pitch partnership opportunities, present proposals, and negotiate terms. - Coordinate with internal teams to align college partnerships with organizational objectives. - Track partnership performance, collect feedback, and ensure smooth execution of agreed activities. - Represent the organization at educational fairs, seminars, and events. - Maintain a database of scouted colleges and generate reports on outreach progress. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. - Strong communication and presentation skills (local language proficiency preferred). - Ability to travel frequently for scouting and meetings. - Good negotiation and networking abilities. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to take ownership. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
