College Facilitator - Design Thinking

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Design Thinking & Innovation Tutor to conduct sessions for college students. The ideal candidate should be skilled at introducing students to the fundamentals of creative problem-solving, product thinking, and innovation using hands-on and student-friendly approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions on design thinking principles and their practical applications.
• Introduce the 5 stages of design thinking – Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test – through interactive activities.
• Guide students to explore real-world problems, brainstorm ideas, and create innovative solutions.
• Encourage teamwork, creative confidence, and user-focused thinking.
• Use case studies, design challenges, and prototyping exercises to reinforce concepts.
• Teach how innovation applies in fields like education, technology, business, and social impact.
• Create a collaborative, hands-on classroom environment where students feel inspired to create and experiment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Innovation, Education, or a any field.
• 2–3 years of teaching or facilitation experience, preferably in design thinking, innovation, or entrepreneurship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
