The ideal candidate should be skilled at introducing students to the fundamentals of creative problem-solving, product thinking, and innovation using hands-on and student-friendly approaches. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging sessions on design thinking principles and their practical applications. Introduce the 5 stages of design thinking – Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test – through interactive activities. Guide students to explore real-world problems, brainstorm ideas, and create innovative solutions. Encourage teamwork, creative confidence, and user-focused thinking. Use case studies, design challenges, and prototyping exercises to reinforce concepts. Teach how innovation applies in fields like education, technology, business, and social impact. Create a collaborative, hands-on classroom environment where students feel inspired to create and experiment. Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Innovation, Education, or a any field. 2–3 years of teaching or facilitation experience, preferably in design thinking, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
