Key Responsibilities: Designing and delivering interactive sessions, workshops, and activities that make learning fun and impactful. Assisting students in hands-on practical training and ensuring industry relevance. Utilizing case studies and design challenges for students, organizing field trips. Organizing and coordinating internships, industrial visits, and guest lectures. Acting as a liaison between the college and industry partners for placements and collaborations. Being willing to travel. Using technology and AI tools to enhance classroom engagement and communication. Required Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 13 years of experience in teaching, training, or industry experience. Freshers can also apply. Experience in Design Thinking. Tech-savvy with strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
