Drive fundraising and sponsorship opportunities for institutional development Required Qualifications: · Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Management, or related fields from a reputed institution · Minimum 20 years of experience in academic leadership, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role (Director, Dean, Principal, or equivalent) · Visionary leadership with a growth-oriented mind-set · Passion for academic excellence, innovation, and student success · Ability to inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively · Financial acumen and experience in managing institutional budgets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹92,237.46 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
