Job Title:

Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Allocate portfolio to vendors based on past performance trends and FOS availability
Review cases with FOS/TL and assign work based on disposition codes
Coordinate with agency resources and plan calls for better resolution
Ensure timely allocation and auditing of receipt books and repo kits
Handle collection and repo-related customer service issues and escalations
Coordinate with the legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters
Track and review BKT resolution with agencies and FOs
Restrict flow rates to next BKT on the location you are handling
Manage and train a team of FOs to ensure optimal performance
Close CRM queries within assigned TAT
Respond to RCU audit queries and implement committed actions at the field level

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in collections in the automotive finance sector (LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV)
Experience in managing collection agencies
Excellent data management skills
Proven track record as an individual performer
