Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Jaipur. The Collections Manager will oversee the management of accounts receivables, implement effective collection strategies, and manage a team of collections staff to achieve targets. The role also involves resolving payment discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working closely with other departments to optimize the collections process. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in account management, accounts receivables, and credit evaluation Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Knowledge of compliance standards, invoicing, and payment processing Experience in team management, mentoring, and leadership Analytical skills for data interpretation, process improvement, and reporting Familiarity with financial software and tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in collections or financial services is a plus High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines
