Job Description

Candidate having working Experience in SME vertical as EL & BL for more than 3 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities: Execute collections strategies in the assigned area to meet monthly targets. Visit delinquent customers in the field and negotiate repayment or settlement. Coordinate and monitor agency performance; provide on-ground support. Ensure all field collection activities follow company policy and regulatory norms. Regularly update the RM on recovery progress, challenges, and key cases. Key Skills: Flexible to work in Entire Andhra Pradesh Region. Need to have very Good Knowledge of Excel , Agency management , Ability to crack the critical Accounts & Build the team. Sitting Location is in Vijayawada & looking for Local candidates. Strong field recovery and negotiation skills Good communication and conflict-handling ability Good understanding of loan and collection processes Familiar with local geography and customer behavior Qualifications: Graduate in any stream 3–6 years of experience in collections, preferably in field roles Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the area
