Collections Executive - Retail MFB - Collections - Kadur - Shri Laxmi Complex - J Grades

As a Collection Executive, your role involves driving the collection process of receivables from multiple sources to reduce the total outstanding amount and average number of days, while maintaining strong client partnerships. Your major deliverables include: - Managing the portfolio for specific buckets in your assigned area to control delinquency, both bucket-wise and DPD wise. Focus on non-starters to ensure timely collections. - Providing efficient customer service related to collection issues, processing customer refunds, handling account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos as needed. - Updating customer files with relevant information, including contact dates and times, and details of debt-related communications. - Collaborating with the agency's tracing team to trace defaulters and assets, recommending appropriate actions to address default situations. - Investigating reasons for defaulting accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships. - Engaging sales and senior management support when necessary to expedite the collection process, including collaborating with the collection manager on asset repossession and legal actions. - Ensuring compliance with all audit, regulatory bodies, company policies, and procedures. Your educational qualification requirement for this role is a Graduate degree.,
