Collections Analyst - Corporate

As a Collections Specialist in the Finance & Accounting Collections Department, you will play a vital role in improving operational and collection efficiency within the Order to Cash domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring customer accounts to identify outstanding debts. - Investigating historical data for each customer account to address past due invoices. - Updating customer account status records. - Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress. - Handling customer queries and resolving billing and customer credit issues. - Identifying and executing necessary invoice adjustments. - Devising innovative solutions to enhance collection rates. - Contributing effective ideas to automate manual processes and collaborating with key stakeholders to implement solutions. - Setting up calls with onshore teams for process updates, resolving customer queries, and addressing other issues. - Assisting with operational activities such as report preparation and data submissions. Qualifications required for this role include: - A degree in accounting or business administration with a focus on finance. - 4+ years of experience in Collections and Order to Cash Process. - Experience working with International/US customers. - Proficiency in dealing with financial and numeric data. - Exposure to tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and similar ERP systems. - Expertise in MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel. Additionally, you must be open to working in shifts, specifically from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am (US Shift), subject to change based on process requirements.,
