1. Collection Team Leader – Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of field executives Monitor daily collection targets and follow-up status Handle team performance and motivate for better results Coordinate with management and reporting officers Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolutions Maintain MIS reports and audit compliance 2. Field Executive – Roles & Responsibilities:Visit customers for collection follow-ups Submit case updates and reports on a daily basis Handle recovery as per company norms Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients Report to team leader on a regular basis
